How it works
Verify your domain
Add a sending domain and publish the DNS records (DKIM/SPF). Verified domains protect your sender reputation and deliverability.
Add a sender
Register the from-addresses you send as. A sender activates automatically once its domain is verified.
Send transactional
Call one server-to-server API (authenticated by a hashed API key) to send receipts, OTPs and alerts — single or in bulk.
Run campaigns
Compose marketing campaigns in the dashboard and send to contacts or contact groups you manage.
Provider-agnostic
A queued pipeline delivers every message; the active email provider is configurable and switchable, never hardcoded.
Reputation guard
Bounce and complaint feedback feeds a suppression list, so you never re-send to addresses that hard-bounced or complained.
How it's billed
Credit packages, metered monthly
- Each plan bundles a monthly allowance of transactional and marketing email credits.
- Every delivered email meters one credit of its type against your allowance in real time.
- Usage resets each month; going over your allowance is allowed and billed as per-email overage.
- Choose monthly billing, or annual for 20% off — usage still resets every month.
- Invoices are priced in USD and settle in ZWG via online payment (ZB) or a proof-of-payment upload.
